Irene Y. Labonville, 91, died March 4, 2021 at Villa Crest Retirement Community following a lengthy illness.
She was born in Manchester on July 1, 1929 the daughter of Alfred and Lea (David) Moffette.
She was a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the South Hooksett Fire Department as well as the ACA Court St. George.
She was a parishioner of St. Peter Church.
Before retiring in 1992 she worked for KMART in Hooksett for 17 1/2 years.
She was predeceased by her husband Albert E. Labonville in 2001 and a son, Paul Labonville in 1981.
Family members include two sons, Robert C. Labonville and his wife, Janet of Hooksett, Albert E. Labonville Jr. of Manchester, five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, one sister, Jeannette Provencher of Manchester, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to express their appreciation to everyone at Villa Crest who cared for Irene during her stay.
Walk through calling hours with masks and social distancing will be on Sunday, March 7, 2021 from 5 to 7 pm at J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 8, 2021 at 10 am in St. Peter Church, Auburn.
Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
