Helen L (Wooler) Tripp of Westport, MA and North Port, FL, the daughter of the late John and Agnes Wooler passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on March 4, 2021. She was the loving wife of Russell “Jim” Tripp for 65 years.
She was a former x-ray technician for St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford. She was affiliated with Wooler the Florist, F. L. Tripp and Sons Inc. and Davis and Tripp Inc. She was the Past Matron of Cortez Allen OES Chapter 161, and Westport United Congregational Church. She was the life of the party with the WishyWishy Washy joke. She also enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking, but mostly spending time with her family.
She was the loving mother to Sharon Tripp (Paulo DaSilva) and Russell “Jimmy” Tripp (Jackie Einstein). Dedicated Grandmother of Tiffany Fortier (Christopher Fortier), Samantha Tripp (Andrew Isidore), Maeghan Quinlan (Aaron Paiva), and Jameson Quinlan. Great Grandmother of Shelby, Morgan, and Bentley. She was the sister of the late Grace McConville and the late Annie Margensen, as well as the aunt of the late Edward McConville, and Melissa Margensen. She is survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Helen, Connie, Heather, Yuka, and Krystal for the wonderful care that they bestowed upon her.

Burial is private and celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
