McLAUGHLIN, Pauline (Cuddy) of Walpole, formerly of Roslindale, passed away peacefully at her home, Wednesday, February 10, 2021. She was 88 years old. She was the beloved wife of the late Thomas F. McLaughlin, Sr. having spent 54 devoted years together. She leaves behind her loving children Thomas F. McLaughlin, Jr. and his wife Kristine of Brownsboro, TX; Kevin P. McLaughlin, Sr. and his wife Patricia of Webster; David McLaughlin of Charlotte, NC; Michael McLaughlin, Sr. and his wife Constance of Foxboro; William McLaughlin; Paula McLaughlin and Carol Hay and her husband William all of Walpole. She was the cherished grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Pauline was the daughter of the late Charles and Olive Cuddy of Roxbury and was the 15th of 16 children, survived by her sister Patricia (Cuddy) Maguire of Weymouth. Pauline was a dedicated mother and nana first and foremost. She treasured her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and embraced every moment with them. She showed her love with food and nothing made her happier than making her famous meatballs or hosting her Annual St. Patrick’s Day Dinners. All whom loved her dearly will never forget her tenacity, wit, charm, grace, and undying love and caring for them. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Thursday, February 18th at 9 am, followed by a Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church Roslindale at 10 o’clock. Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8 pm.
