GILMANTON---- Mary Ellen G. Erickson, 80, of Guinea Ridge Road, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021, at the Merrimack County Nursing Home.
Mary Ellen was born on September 26, 1940, in New York City, NY, the daughter of the late Andrew and Dorothy (Cuthbertson) Morris.
Mary Ellen owned and operated Evergreen National Food Store in Wolfeboro. She raised Malamute dogs, Scottish Highland ponies and won first place in a photo contest with her Highland Pony.
Mary Ellen is survived by her loving husband Leif Erickson of Gilmanton, her daughter Sally Narkis of NJ, her sister Doranne Morris of Wallingford, CT, and her grandchild Demitri.
A Graveside Service will be held at the St. Anne's Cemetery, in Lenox, MA, at a later date.
