Obituary

William K. Sadler, age 91, of E. Bridgewater and formerly of Weymouth passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021. Bill was raised and educated in Weymouth graduating 1949 from Weymouth High. After school he served in the Army during the Korean War. Prior to his military service he married his wife, Joan, and settled in Weymouth where they lived for many years and have created such wonderful memories with their children.

Bill was in the printing industry his entire life and worked for over 20 years at Printer Services in Hingham. After retirement in 1992 he enjoyed living for ten years in Florida with his companion, Shirley.

Bill was predeceased by his beloved wife Joan Sadler (Savery) and his brother Kenneth Sadler. He is survived by his loving children Dianne McKenna-Beguerie and her husband Paul of E. Bridgewater, Cheryl Bryant and her husband Steven of Weymouth, Billy Sadler of Carver, and Kenny Sadler and his wife Elizabeth of Florida, his grandchildren Christine, Greg, Kevin, Kimberly, Dana, Billy, and his four great-grandchildren. Bill is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are in the care of C. C. Shepherd Funeral Home located in Weymouth, MA and will be private due to the current viral crisis. Bill will be buried with his late wife in Blue Hills Cemetery, Weymouth.
