Obituary

WORCESTER___Peter C. Pusac, 70, of Worcester died suddenly while shoveling snow on Tuesday February 2, 2021 in UMASS – Memorial Medical Center – University Campus.

Peter is survived by his sister, Carol A. Harding of Worcester; a niece, Ellen Lapriore and her husband Angelo of Belmont, his nephew, Charles J. Pusac III of Phoenix, and his nieces Patricia Melick-Bain of Paxton, Diana Golembeski of Phoenix, and Maureen Cabral and her husband Tom of Worcester. He also leaves his cherished dog, Maximillian. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles J. Pusac, Jr., a brother-in-law Thomas J. Harding Jr. and his nieces Vanessa Jones and Christine Harding. Peter was born in Worcester a son of the late Charles and Helen (Senkus) Pusac and has lived in Worcester all of his life.

Mr. Pusac was a security guard for many years and worked for Brinks and Berkshire Armored Car Co., before he retired. He was a member of St. John’s Church and a member of the former St. Casimir Church. Peter was also a member of Tower Hill Botanic Garden and loved to spend time there. He enjoyed ice skating in the winter and swimming at Eastham on Cape Cod in the summer. He was once an officer with the Worcester Auxiliary Police Unit. Peter absolutely loved spending holidays with family and was proud to be an organ donor.

Services and burial in Notre Dame Cemetery will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to St John’s Food for the Poor, 20 Temple Street, Worcester, Ma, 01604. HENRY – DIRSA FUNERAL SERVICE, 33 Ward Street, is directing service arrangements.
