Pauline C. (Kachnowicz) Maciejko, age 87, of Woonsocket, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 6, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Maciejko, the devoted mother of Deborah Szrom and Judy Maciejko, and the cherished grandmother of Christopher Szrom, Michael Szrom and Laura Szrom.
Funeral services, along with burial at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Uxbridge will be private and visiting hours been omitted.
