Obituary

Pierre Sylvio Saint-Loth, aged 77, of Hyde Park, Massachusetts, passed away on February 3, 2021.
Pierre was born in Bainet, Haiti. He was a tradesman, obtaining certifications both in Haiti and United States in professions such as a mechanic, electrician, computer technician, eventually an x-ray technician in his later life. A thoughtful, considerate, and simple man, he tried his best to help others to the best of his ability.

Prior to retiring, Pierre worked at the now-closed Radius Specialty Hospital, (formerly known as Jewish Memorial Hospital) as an x-ray technician for 30 years. In 2004, he received an award from Jewish Memorial that recognized his work for over the past 25 years.

Pierre leaves behind his wife of 30 years, Anne Kins Saint-Loth, and his youngest daughter Binah Saint-Loth.

He is also survived by Agence Joseph Saint-Loth, the mother of his older daughters Michelle Saint-Loth and Gilberte Pascal and grandparent to Ravyn and Robyn Pascal. Followed by Agnes Mallonga Saint-Loth, the mother of his daughter Elmina Marie Saint-Loth.

He leaves a beloved sister Annette Saint-Loth and her children, his nieces, and nephews: Sandra Prelard, Marie-Renee Hilaire, Guy Balde and Luccene Balde. He is also remembered by his two brothers Nereus and Dieubon Saint-Loth and a nephew Rev. Tristan Jean-Francois. He also leaves behind his dear cousin Joseph Saint-Loth, his godchild Bryan Douyon and niece Sylve Kins.

He will be missed by, brothers-in-laws, sisters-in-laws, countless cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who loved him from the Saint-Loth, Kins, Douyon, Clerger, Louis-Charles, Jean-Francois, Dexiste, Adrien, Marsan families residing in the United States, Canada, Haiti, and beyond.

A visitation will be held at the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale on Friday, Feb. 12 from 6-8pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Basilica of Our Lady of Perpetual Help -Mission Church, 1545 Tremont St. Roxbury on Saturday February 13 at 10am.
Burial will take place at Oak Lawn Cemetery, Roslindale.

Due to the Current Covid 19 restrictions only 40 guests are allowed in the funeral home at a time.
All visitors must wear a MASK in the funeral home and on the funeral home property.
All visitors will then follow SAFE DISTANCING
All visitors may pause at Casket/Urn and then EXIT the Funeral Home.
All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
