Deborah A. M. Cash, 64, of Lowell, MA, transitioned to her heavenly home Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Fairhaven Healthcare Center.
The eldest daughter of the late JoAnn (Young) and Edward Richard Cash, Sr., Debbie was born November 29, 1956, in Hendersonville, NC and was raised in that area until the family relocated to Massachusetts. She was a proud graduate of Jeremiah E. Burke High School in Boston.
She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and also liked reading, music, watching talk shows and daytime television. You could often find her getting her nails done or helping a sister, niece or friend get theirs done. Debbie loved getting dressed up and showing her glamorous side. Debbie was known for her loving heart and compassionate demeanor. Wherever she was, regardless of the circumstances, she was there to help and lend a helping hand and a listening ear to those in need. While staying at the Sage House Shelter she found many who she could help and support and ended up working there for several years as a counselor.
