Beloved brother of late Toros Vosbigian and sister Armenuhi Vartouhi Shirinian of Alleppo Syria.Hambarsoum was born to very young parents Sarkis and Heghine vosbigian genocide survivors that quickly formed families to preserve what was the only two people left from their families,years later Sarkis found out his brothers also survived and lived in Philadelphia unfortunately he never had the chance to see his brothers again.Hambarsoums family like most Armenian families were poor his father could barely earn enough to put food on the table,Hambarsom quit school at age 12 went to work learned a trade became a very good cobbler/shoe maker supported his family and made sure his brother stayed in school excelled in his acting and photography career to become a very well known actor in Syria.in 1978 Hambarsoum had decided a better life for his family was to move them to United States which he did and joined them three years later in 1981.he found a modest job worked at united electric company supported his family and always advised his kids how to better themselves.he became a grandfather in 1992 to his first grandson and followed by six more grandchildren at this point you can see his joy and a big change in him his focal point now was his grandchildren he would sing to them hug and kiss squeeze them with ear to ear smile where nothing else mattered and they could do no wrong .Hambarsoum was very religious avid church goer never wanted to miss his Sundays at church he always prayed when he woke up and when he went to bed also whenever any of his family visited he would conclude the visit with a prayer for them.Hambarsoum Vosbigian was the best father grandfather father- in-law anyone could ask for we enjoyed most of his 92 short years but good years with this kind gentle man may he rest in peace.
