Lorraine M. (Jamieson) Boudreau, 89, a longtime resident of Tewksbury and, more recently, Cocoa Beach, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at Cape Canaveral Hospital after a period of declining health. She was the beloved wife of Bernard J. Boudreau with whom she has shared almost 68 years of marriage.
Lorraine was born on July 2, 1931, in Tewksbury. A daughter of the late Robert Jamieson and the late Florence (Boudreau) Jamieson, she was raised and educated in the Tewksbury area and was a graduate of Tewksbury High School. She was also a communicant of St. Dorothy’s Church in Wilmington.
She worked as an inspector for many years with Raytheon in Waltham. She loved to play cards, bingo and traveling. She cherished her summers spent on Cape Cod and has been living in Florida permanently for the last few years.
Besides her husband, Bernard, she is survived by her daughter, Denise Springford and her husband, Stephen, of Sandown, NH; her two sisters, Beatrice Collins and Eleanor Roche, both of FL; a brother, Walter Jamieson and his wife, Kathy (Morris), of Hollis, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Robert Jamieson and sister in law of the late Walter Collins, Robert Roche, and Katherine Jamieson.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, her funeral services will be held at a later date from the TEWKSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 1 DEWEY STREET, TEWKSBURY, MA.
