Lucy J. (Cannata) Struzzieri of Roslindale passed away on January 27, 2021 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Anthony J. Struzzieri. Devoted mother of Carol Demas, Joan McKeon, and Thomas Struzzieri. In addition to her children and their spouses she is survived by 5 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great - great grandson. Lucy loved to travel, especially to Italy where her parents immigrated from and where she lived for many years. There was nothing more important than family to her. She loved spending time with them, dancing, laughing and telling stories of her younger days. She had a glass of wine every single day, which she credited for her health and longevity. She was woman of faith who said the rosary daily and named every one of her family members in her prayers, often joking that her family had gotten so big that she was surprised she could remember all of the names.
A visitation will be held at the Joseph Russo Funeral Home, 814 American Legion Highway, Roslindale on Thursday, Feb. 4 from 8:30-9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass in Saint John Chrysostom Church, 4750 Washington Street, West Roxbury at 10:00am. Due to the Current Covid 19 restrictions only 60 guests are allowed in the church at a time.
Relatives and friends kindly invited. Burial will take place at Saint Michael Cemetery, Roslindale.

All visitors must wear a MASK in the funeral home and on the funeral home property.
All visitors will then follow SAFE DISTANCING
All visitors may pause at Casket/Urn and then EXIT the Funeral Home.
All visitors when returning to their cars will please exit the property to allow others to enter.
All visitors will be able to greet family members from a safe distance but not able to touch.
