Richard A. Easton, age 67, of Swansea, formerly of Brockton and Attleboro, died January 25, 2021 at Country Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center. Born in Anchorage, Alaska, Richard was the son of the late Richard A. and Mary (Horne) Easton. He was raised in Brockton and was a 1971 graduate of Brockton High School. Richard was very proud that he had spent his entire working career in the car business.
Richard enjoyed time spent with his children, music and dancing.
Richard was the proud father of Richard M. Easton of Lakeville, Benjamin J. Easton and his partner Kerilyn Blood of Fall River and Jennifer B. Garrant and her husband Tryce of Fall River, as well as grandfather of Kennedy J. Garrant and Benjamin Easton. He was the brother of Diane Passanisi and her husband Steven of Norton and the late James and John Easton. Richard was the stepson of Diane Easton of Brockton and former husband of Thresa (Iannantuoni) Pigeon and Gail Diamond. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton, Sunday January 31 from 2-4pm. Burial will be held at a later date in Melrose Cemetery. Following COVID guidelines, masks must be worn and social distancing observed in the funeral home, with a maximum of 25 people in the funeral home at any one time.
