Worcester: Donald A "Donny" MacKay, 57, of Worcester, formally of Milford, MA passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2021 in his home. Born in Norwood, he was the son of the late Neil F. MacKay and the late Helen I. (McKay) MacKay. He is survived by sons Donald MacKay Jr. and David MacKay both of Milford, MA; a daughter Amanda MacKay of Maynard, MA; 3 grandchildren Jayvian, Aaliyah and Avianna; brothers Alan Snow, Neil MacKay, Robert MacKay and Kenneth MacKay; sisters Judith (MacKay) Casalinuova and Sheryl MacKay; his longtime friend and mother of his children Linda (Lamora) Goncalves; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and their families. He was the brother of the late Winfield Snow, Edward Snow and Helen (MacKay) Greeno.
Donny grew up in Medway and was a graduate of Medway High School. He earned his Associates Degree in Engineering from Wentworth College in Boston. He was a former member of St. Mary's Church in Milford. He was a Cub Scout leader for several years. He loved nature, camping, skiing, and listening to music. He enjoyed cooking and could often be found at the grill during family cookouts. He made many special memories with his children and family especially in Vermont. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Donny will be greatly missed by his family.
