Lavonia "Diana" (Davis) Marcum, 68, of Anderson, died January 24, 2021 at her residence after a brief illness.
Diana was born February 27, 1952 in Sikeston, Missouri, the daughter of Hulon and Laverne (Woods) Davis. She was Human Resource Manager at Elder Beerman for 9 years also worked at various banks and Payless. She was a member of New Beginnings Church of Anderson.
She is survived by her husband of nearly 47 years, Gary Marcum of Anderson whom she married April 20, 1974 in Muncie; two sons, Gregory (Brandi) Marcum of Thompson's Station, Tennessee and Jason (Doris) Marcum of Alexandria; five grandchildren, Kelsey, Brendan, John, Lydia and Noah; several nieces, nephews and cousins; special friend Debbie Hoppes.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 28, 2021 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will be at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Due to Covid restrictions, a private family service will be held officiated by Pastor's Mike Barker and Steve Marcum.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association or New Beginnings Church.
