Limington - Paul R. Fitzsimmons, 73, of Limington died on January 18, 2021 at home with his wife by his side after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Boston on October 31, 1947 a son of Paul M. and Ruth (Sullivan) Fitzsimmons. He attended Boston area parochial schools. He proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He received many awards and medals including a Purple Heart.
Paul was always a hard worker and did construction work for much of his life. He worked mostly as a roofer. He married Debbie Roland on May 15, 1999. Some of his favorite times were spent going for local area car rides with Debbie. He also enjoyed fishing, gardening and cooking. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah Fitzsimmons of Limington. Daughter Jacqueline Roland of Limington. Grandson Quentin Alger of Limington. Granddaughter Brooklynne Roland of Louisiana. Also a brother, Edward, and 2 sisters, Judy and Dottie.
