Rosalie E. Cappucci, of Medford, formerly of East Boston, January 21st. Wife of the late Robert Cappucci. Mother of Joseph Cappucci and his wife Kathy, Michael Cappucci, Lisa Knowles and her companion Jimmy Baylis, Stephen Cappucci and his wife Terri, Linda Cappucci, Chester Cappucci and his wife Corina and Robert Cappucci Jr. Grandmother of Stephanie, Alison, Nicole, Michelle, Andrea, Christopher, Nicholas and Giuliana. Great grandmother of Joey, Alaina, Isabella and Alexander. Sister of the late Anthony, Jerry, Mario, Joseph Jr. and Ferdinand Straccia and Theresa Puleo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Rosalie was raised and educated in East Boston, graduating from East Boston High School in 1957. She has been a resident of Medford since 1970. For over 25 years, she worked as a Bank Examiner for Bank of Boston. She also worked at Lynnfield Meat & Deli for many years. She was an avid bowler and enjoyed traveling to various casinos. First and foremost, Rosalie enjoyed taking care of and spending time with her family. Relatives & friends are invited to attend her funeral from the Breslin Funeral Home, 610 Pleasant St., Malden on Tuesday January 26th at 9 AM followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden at 10 AM. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Monday January 25th from 4-8 PM. Social distancing protocols must be followed.
