She was born to the late Harold & Dorothea Breed on May 1, 1934. She was a lifelong Eastsider and graduated from Johnson High School. Myrtis was employed at Burlington Northern Railroad as a keypunch operator until she retired September 1996. Survived by children Paula (Joel) Capistrant, Donald (Joan), Patricia (Bradford)Baker, and Thomas; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; sibling Harold Breed Jr.; sister-in-law Lois O’Neil; several nieces and nephews; and her loyal companion Barney. Preceded in death by parents Harold & Dorothea Breed; sister Barbara (Roger) Krummel; brother Jack O’Neil; husband Richard; grandsons Adam Capistrant and Travis Baker in addition to many others. Funeral Service 11:00 AM at Sandberg Funeral Home, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul on Friday, January 22, 2021 with Visitation starting at 10:00 AM. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
