Obituary

Pearl Elaine Belgrave-Headley, better known to her neighbors and friends as Pinksey, was born in Pool Land, St John, Barbados. She immigrated to the United States in 1971. She was a homemaker and a loving mother of nine children. Two of which preceded her in death. She taught all of her children to be the best they can, and to take advantage of a good education. She was a strict disciplinarian.

We all had to read in our limited spare time. She checked our homework and penmanship each night, and if it wasn’t satisfactory, we had to redo it. She also made sure we had after school lessons. She leaves to mourn seven children, Olwyn, Eulene, Norma, Henderson, Rosemary, Peter, Elroy, and numerous grandchildren.
May she Rest In Peace. Viewing in the Joseph Russo Funeral Home Tuesday January 26, 2021 from 9-10 AM, Service will be from 10-11 AM in the funeral home. Internment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery immediately following.
