WORCESTER___ Josephine C. Bylinski, age 91, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Care One at Millbury, after a brief illness. She was a retired employee of David Clark, Inc., Worcester, where she worked for many years.
Born in Worcester on January 10, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Stasia (Dziak) Ki-jowski. She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years Henry J. Bylinski, and sisters, Stella Ku-charski and Jane Michalak.
She is survived by her son, Joseph H. Bylinski of Miami, FL, daughter-in-law Carol Bylinski of Chapel Hill, NC, and granddaughter Lauren K. McCarthy and her husband, Greg, of Brooklyn, NY. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Josephine was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church all her life and enjoyed being a member of the Ladies Guild and working at its annual bazaar. She was an enthusiastic Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan. Josie loved to bake and she especially took pleasure in being outdoors—tending her garden, mowing the lawn, trimming bushes and using her weed wacker!
The family would like to thank Josie’s neighbors, Sue and Jack Donohue and their family for being her second family. They would include her in their family celebrations, holidays, and impromptu dinners. Thank you, also, to Sandy Michalak who showed kindness to Josie, especially the last few weeks. Finally, to the staff and team at CareOne, we are thankful for your tender care shown to our Josephine.
