Nora Lee ‘Miss K’ Kelley, 59 of Lowell, passed away after a long illness on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Lowell General Hospital, Saints Campus.
She was born in Somerville on November 7, 1961 and was the daughter of Mary (Kelley) Lynch of Wolfeboro, NH,. She was educated in Somerville, graduating from Somerville Technical Trade School. She graduated from Curry College, made the Dean's list in Computer Science with Honors.
Nora was a very talented painter and enjoyed cooking, especially for guests. She loved elephants and kept lots of elephant decorations around her house. She helped raise dozens of children throughout her life, she always enjoyed the company of others, and her home was always open to family and friends.
In addition to her mother, Mary (Kelley) Lynch of Wolfeboro, she is survived by her children, Jessica Guptill of Manchester, NH; and , Joshua Kelley of Lowell, and Sarah Laroche of Beverly, MA ; her granddaughter, Ruby Elizabeth Dalbec of Manchester, NH; her sister, Catherine Brackinaw of Shirley, MA; her brother, Robert J. Coughlin and his wife, Christine of Salem, NH; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers, the late Edwin Coughlin Jr. and the late Michael Coughlin; and her biological father, the late Ed Coughlin, her wonderful stepfather the late Paul Lynch, her step brother the late Shawn Coughlin.
