FALL RIVER… Irene F. (Bishop) Woyciechowski, 95, of Fall River, MA passed away, Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Charlton Memorial Hospital.
She was the widow of Stephen Woyciechowski.
Mrs. Woyciechowski was born in Fall River, a daughter of the late Michael and Sophie (Ciepiela) Bishop and had been a lifelong resident of this city.
Irene was a communicant of Holy Trinity Church, Fall River and enjoyed sewing, crafts, hand painting and gardening.
Survivors include 3 sons: Dr. Theodore Woyciechowski, D.D.S. and his wife Mary Ellen Flinn of Little Compton, RI, James Woyciechowski, Deputy Chief of the Cranston Fire Department, and his wife Cynthia Chapman of Sterling, CT, Kevin Woyciechowski and his wife Jacqueline of Fall River; a daughter: Sharon Silva and her husband John Paul of East Taunton; 2 grandchildren: Kayla Lagarde and Nathanael Silva. She was the sister of the late Stephen Bishop and Alfred Bishop.
Chapel service will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. at Notre Dame Cemetery, Stafford Road, Fall River, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations in Irene’s name can be made to the St. Vincent Children’s Emergency Clothing Fund, 2425 Highland Ave. Fall River, MA 02720.
