CHICOPEE ~ Theresa Marie Conner, 62, of the Willimansett section of Chicopee, was Called Safely Home on Monday, January 4, 2021. She passed into Eternal Life at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield surrounded by the care and comfort of her loving family. She was born in Springfield on September 9, 1958, a beloved daughter of Beatrice C. (Polcetti) Conner of Chicopee and the late Thomas J. Conner. She was raised and educated in Springfield and moved to Chicopee in 1973 where she lived the remainder of her life. She was an avid shopper whether online or strolling through the stores. She most especially enjoyed spending her time in the quiet of her home sewing and crocheting many beautiful projects which she shared with her family and many friends. In addition to her beloved mother, she leaves her five loving children, Jessica M. Conner and Michelle M. Conner, both of Chicopee, Michael T. Conner of Gainesville, FL, Marissa C. Stewart of Virginia Beach, VA and Joshua D. Stewart-Morin of Springfield; her six cherished grandchildren; her cherished great-granddaughter; her two dear brothers, John Conner of South Hadley and Robert Conner of Chicopee; her two dear sisters, Judith Morin and her husband, Kenneth, of Chicopee and Robin Wolf and her husband, Montgomery, of Virginia Beach, VA; and her many dear uncles and aunts, nephews and nieces, cousins, friends and extended family members. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her cherished grandson, Xzavier Lopez who was Called Home on November 2, 2018; her cherished granddaughter, Jenaveev Samaria Johnson who was Called Home on May 13, 2003; and her dear sister-in-law, Lisa Conner who was Called Home on March 5, 2013. Her funeral services will be private. There are no visiting hours.
