Ann M. (Noseworthy) Carroll, a 47 year resident of Salem, New Hampshire and formerly of Charlestown, Massachusetts, entered into eternal life on Monday, January 4, 2021 at her home in Salem, New Hampshire. She was 74 years of age.
Ann was born in Somerville on December 1, 1946, a daughter of the late Thomas F. Noseworthy and Alice F. (Maguire) Noseworthy. She grew up in Charlestown where she was educated in the Boston Public School system and graduated from Charlestown High School. Ann worked for the State of New Hampshire in the Registry of Motor Vehicles Division as a Supervisor and retired following 22 years of dedicated service in the Salem, New Hampshire Office. Ann enjoyed traveling, boating on Lake Winnipesaukee, attending Celtic Thunder shows and visiting Foxwoods. Most important in Ann's life was her family and friends and she cherished all the quality moments she was able to share with her 5 grandchildren.
Ann is the beloved wife of the late retired Boston Firefighter John M. Carroll. She is the devoted mother of Christine Buote, Jack Carroll and his companion Kristine Dixon and Loriann Miller and her husband Chris. She is the loving Nene to Kaitlyn, Sarah, Ryan, Tyler and Jake. She is the beloved sister of Mary Ward and her husband James and the late Thomas Maguire.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ann's Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 11 A.M. in St. Francis De Sales Church, 313 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown. (MASKS & SOCIAL DISTANCING REQUIRED INSIDE CHURCH). Her burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett. There are no funeral home visiting hours.
