Jean Patrick Guillaume passed away on December 14, 2020. He was 44 years old.
Jean Patrick was the beloved son of Rose Guillaume. He was the loving father of Dyana Guillaume and Dymari Patrick Fredrick-Guillaume. Jean Patrick was the brother of Frantz Michelle, Nancy Guillaume, John Pierre Marc, Michael Marc, and Samuel Marc.
A service will be held at A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday December 28th at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visitation will be held from 9:00am-11:00am prior to the service.
Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
