Nilsa Sostre, 40, of Hartford passed away unexpectedly on Saturday December 12, 2020. Nilsa was born on September 4, 1980 daughter of Ana Seda and the late Luis Sostre. She is the mother of Emilaidys, Angel, Alex, Robert and Neshy. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Cristal, Angel and Ema Nuel and her siblings Ana, Jose and Elizabeth.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 11a.m. to 1p.m. in the chapel of the Hartford Community Funeral Home 380 Maple Avenue, Hartford. Burial will immediately follow in Spring Grove Cemetery in Hartford.
