She was a proud “gram or GG” to her twenty five great grandchildren.
She was a Wednesday morning league bowler at Lang’s Bowlrama for 20 years. Mom was a tremendous support to her children as a “sure I will be right over” babysitter for her grandchildren. She was strong in her faith and attended church daily well into her 80’s. She was an excellent cook and the best wine biscuit baker ever. Mom/GG taught many how to cook with just simple words of wisdom and her display of expertise in the kitchen. She knew her way around the scrabble board and loved a good clearing of the Rummikub rack. Above all else her biggest joy was having her family together.
Her funeral mass will be Monday, December 28th at 9:30 a.m. in St. Philip’s Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville, RI 02828. Masks and social distancing are required.
