Yorktown resident, Donald J. LaGrutta, passed away on Sunday, December 13th. He was born and raised in New Rochelle, NY. Donald graduated from Husson University in 1971 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and spent decades working in Retail Management throughout the Hudson Valley.
Don raised his family in Putnam Valley, NY. He is survived by his former wife Susan Blunda LaGrutta his son Kyle LaGrutta, daughter Kerri
(LaGrutta) Otto and her husband Justin Otto. He was also a beloved grandfather to his three grandchildren; Colton, Madison, and Charlotte Otto.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society
in his name. The family is choosing to do a private service and memorial due to the
ongoing pandemic. Interment will be held at Rose Hill Cemetery in Putnam Valley, NY.
