Juan Mendez (56) of Boston died December 19th in the Boston Medical Center.
He was born in Puerto Barrios, Guatemala, son of the late Juan Mendez and Maria Dyer. Juan worked as an automotive mechanic and was a member of Cristo Misionera Church in Brockton. He enjoyed working on cars, fishing and socializing with his family.
Juan is survived by his daughter Michelle Mendez of Boston and his son Christian Mendez of Boston, 2 brothers, Miguel Alonzo and Cesar Mendez, 7 sisters, Martha Arguello, Natalia Alonzo, Rosa Enriquez, Dora, Claudia and Sandra Mendez, (brother of the late Nora Alonzo), many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Saturday December 26th from 5-8 pm. Cremation to follow.
