It is with a heavy heart, we share that Walter Corley of Smithfield, RI passed away peacefully on December 10, 2020.
Walter leaves behind his wife Norma, his children Cindy Corley, the late Lynne Larrivee, Lisa Corley Grudain (husband Rick), Diane Conlon, the late Arthur Gianfrancesco (wife Cindi), Lori Gianfrancesco (husband Dan Sharp), Bobby Gianfrancesco (wife Kathy), his grandchildren Meghan Williams (husband Keith), Chelsea Treml (husband Chris), Nick Conlon, Alex and Sam Gianfrancesco and most treasured great grandson Keith Williams III.
Walter joined the US Navy at a young age and served for many years until retiring at the rank of Chief Petty Officer and to move onto other professions. He was an honorable, patient and giving man who had a great impact on many. All who knew him were blessed to have him in their lives. May he rest in peace knowing he will be greatly missed.
