Candance M. (Bradford) Constantino, 75, died peacefully at her home in Sandwich, MA on December 12th after a brief illness.
She was born on January 13, 1945 in Grand Island, NE. She was the daughter of the late Earl A. and Charlotte (Gobell) Bradford. Candy was pre-deceased by her husband Ross Constantino. She is survived by her long-time partner and love of her life Charles Peterson of Sandwich. She was raised in Abington and Pembroke, MA and spent her childhood summers at Peters Pond on Cape Cod. Prior to moving to Sandwich, she was a resident of Madison, Waterford, and Cheshire, CT. Candy loved her pets, both domestic and wild. She also enjoyed gardening and sewing. Her home was always full of plants and flowers from her garden. She enjoyed scrapbooking and making Christmas gifts and clothes for her children, and especially her grandchildren, her greatest joys in life. She often had them over for sleepovers and Halloween parties, always creating their Halloween costumes by hand.
In addition to Charlie and his family, she is survived by her brother Robert Bradford (Sabina) of Burlingame, Calif.; daughters Bettina Blanchard (Kathleen) of Portland ME; Deborah Feldman (Jonny) of Cheshire, CT; sons Donald MacMillan (Gita) of Madison. CT; Jeff MacMillan (Stacy) of Portland Maine; and Joshua MacMillan of Ledyard, CT; her grandchildren: Allison and Sarah Feldman of Cheshire CT, Kyrstin MacMillan of St. Mary’s GA, Michelle and Monica MacMillan of Portland, Maine and Kyle Livingston of North Yarmouth, ME in addition to a large extended family and many close friends.
A private service will be held at a future date.
