Ola Nadine Watson German, 91, of Sylvester passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020, at her residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs. German at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Joshua Bowles will officiate.
Born March 26, 1929, in Irwin County, Mrs. German was the daughter of the late Robert Carlton “R. C.” Watson and Mamie Tucker Watson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Oree German; one daughter, Debra Robertson; one sister, Orene McCrary; and one brother, Bobby McCrary. She was a homemaker and a member of Tift Avenue Missionary Baptist Church.
Mrs. German is survived by three granddaughters and their husbands, Amanda and Scott Suggs, Jessica and Jay Miles and Rose and Adam Shepley and their family; two great-grandchildren, Brodie and Grey Suggs; and her nieces and nephews, Pam Schaeffer, Dale Schaeffer, Kyle Schaeffer, Corey Schaeffer and Ruthie Adams.
