Allamae (Abney) Cram, 93, of Anderson died December 8, 2020 at Providence of Anderson, after an extended illness.
She was born January 31, 1927 in Lapel, the daughter of George and Ruth (Franklin) Abney. She graduated from Markleville High School in 1945. Allamae was primarily a homemaker, but worked in the tube room at American Federal Bank. She was formerly a member of Meadowbrook Baptist Church and Bethany Christian Church. She was a founding member of New Hope Christian Church where she was very active in church and taught Sunday school. She was a talented quilter and loved to garden and knit. She enjoyed entertaining, watching birds, cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her four grandchildren, Marcey (David) Williamson of Cape Coral, Florida, Erica (Joe) Reeves of Muncie, Jeremy Cram and Michael (Amy) Cram all of Anderson; five great-grandchildren, Haleigh (Gentry) Hoyt, Adrianna Cosgrove, Ian Cram, Alex Flynn and Jase Cram.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Abrahm Cram; three sons, Steven, Daniel and Brian Cram; great grandson, Noah Cram, brother, George Franklin Abney; sister, Emma Jane Castor.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. John Hannum officiating. Burial will follow at Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from noon until the service.
Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer's Association.
