Hudson, MA
Robert J. Johnson Sr., 70, died Saturday, March 11, 2006 at his residence in Hudson, Ma after being stricken ill. He was the husband of Carolyn (Natali) Johnson who died in November of 1996. Born in Somerville, MA, son of the late Herbert and Mildred (Shepard) Johnson. He was employed by Instress Textile Co. as a Foreman until his retirement. He was a graduate of Somerville H.S. and served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was co-founder of the Hudson Youth Baseball League.
He is survived by his three sons; Stephen and Michael Johnson of Hudson, Robert Johnson Jr. of Marlboro, two daughters; Laureen LeBlanc of Abington and Jodie Bradshaw of Gardner. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and was the brother of the late Arthur Johnson.
A graveside service will take place Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. in Forestvale Cemetery, Broad Street, Hudson, MA. There are no calling hours.
