Russell E. Brooks, 69, of Derry, NH, passed away peacefully at his home December 6, 2020. Russell was born June 4, 1951 in Andover, MA and was a son of Russell E. Brooks, Sr. and Florence (Andover) Brooks. He was raised and educated in Derry and was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy. He lived most of his life in Derry. Russell enjoyed bicycling, fishing, listening to music and cooking. He was also an avid fan of the Red Sox and Patriots.
He is survived by his brother Charlie and his sisters, Janis, Elaine, Joan and Linda as well as several nieces and nephews.
Due to current restrictions, services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium is assisting the family with arrangements.
