Blanche M. (Giniewicz) Dubrowski age 98, of Brockton died December 4, 2020. She was the devoted wife of the late John Dubrowski. Blanche was born and raised in Abington a daughter of the late Martin and Stephania (Bosak) Giniewicz. For over seventy years she lived in Brockton.
During WW II, Blanche served in the US Navy and was stationed in Washington, DC.
For many years Blanche was a hairdresser and worked in several local salons.
In her younger years she loved going to the beach and traveling. Blanche was always busy in her role as mother and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and trips to Foxwoods.
Blanche is survived by her three sons John Dubrowski, Jr. of Brockton, Charles Dubrowski of Middleboro and Thomas Dubrowski and his wife Barbara of Middleboro. She was the sister of Mary Giniewicz of N. Abington. She leaves six grandchildren and four great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by five sisters Stephania, Alice, Katherine, Tekla and Helen.
Graveside services in St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery, Bridgewater on Friday December 11 at 11am. In following COVID guidelines, masks must be worn and social distancing observed at the cemetery. A Mass and Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
