Luis G. Santiago, 63, of Windsor passed away at Hartford Hospital On Monday November 30, 2020. He was born in Coamo, Puerto Rico on July 2, 1957 son of the late Jose Santiago and Zoraida Velazquez. He leaves behind his brother Carlos Santiago from New York and a host of family members in Puerto Rico.
Funeral services and burial will be held in Puerto Rico. Hartford Community Funeral Home is in care of arrangements.
