Charlene Ann (Edwards) Duguay, 73, of New Bedford passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday December 2, 2020. She was the wife of Frederick L. Duguay, Jr.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Alexander and Ruth (Stubblefield) Prejsnar, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Charlene was formerly employed as a bookkeeper for Nationwide Travel Bus Terminal until her retirement.
She had been a long-term cancer survivor for the past 30 years.
She is survived by her husband, Fred; her daughter Lisa Medeiros and her husband Tim; her grandchildren, Rachel, Sara, and Faith; and her sister, Christine DeBarros.
She was the sister of the late Barry Edwards and Michael Edwards.
Due to current gathering restrictions, a Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at Holy Name of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church.
