Richard J. Chiecko, age 73, passed away on Nov. 24, 2020 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Feb. 1, 1947 in Springfield, a son of the late Charles Chiecko Sr., and Florence (Kupka) Chiecko. Richard was the owner of Apartment Rentals of Western Mass. He is predeceased by his wife Carole (Houle) Chiecko. He is survived by his son Jeffrey Chiecko and his wife Julie Ritchie of Woodbury, CT; his daughter Jennifer Parmentier and her partner Steve Fleury of Easthampton; and step daughter Tanyia Brown of Chicopee; 3 brothers, Charles Chiecko Jr of Becket, James Chiecko of East Longmeadow and Greg Chiecko of Chicopee along with 4 beloved grandchildren, Chelsea, Alexis, Finn and Natalie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends. All services will be private at the convenience of the family. A Celebration of Life will be held when Covid restrictions are lifted.
