Susan M. Selfridge, 78, formerly of Hampstead, NH, passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2020 in the Bedford Hills Care and Rehabilitation Center in Bedford, NH. She was born in Hingham, MA on October 31, 1942, a daughter of the late William and Cynthia (Magee) Garvin. Suzi was a dedicated daughter, sister, wife, mother, nana, and friend. Her generosity had no limits and would give the shirt off her back to anyone. She was an active resident of Londonderry as a member of the Newcomers Group and a founding member of the Woman's Club. She built and maintained the rose garden at the Londonderry United Methodist Church. Affectionately known as Kermit, her love for Miss Piggy lasted until her passing.
She is survived by three sons, Peter Lincoln and wife Shelly, Aaron Selfridge and wife Marcia, and Derek Selfridge and (wife) Karen; her daughter, Cindi Fisher and husband Rick; eight grandchildren, Derek Selfridge Jr., Cameron Mancera, Evan and Vivian Selfridge, Kyle Fisher, Kaitlyn Rissoni, Nolan and Maya Lincoln; two great grandchildren, Serena Selfridge and Maverick Rissoni; two brothers, Paul and Robert Garvin; one sister, Janice Seiferth; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Richard J. Selfridge in September 2020.
There are no calling hours. Following cremation, graveside services will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 11:30am in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, Boscawen.
