Mrs. Margaret M. Mallardo, age 85, died Wednesday evening, March 8, 2006 in Concord at Emerson Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Boston January 5, 1921, Margaret was the loving daughter of the late Giovannina (Giovanniello) & Frank Giannetti. She was a Chelmsford resident for the last 4 years, formerly of Medford. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Modestino J. Mallardo who died August 5, 1985.
In addition to her beloved late husband Modestino, Margaret is survived by her devoted children, Amelia Dwyer and her husband Richard of Yarmouth, Ralph Mallardo and his wife Karen of Dracut, Frank Mallardo and his wife Loretta of Groton, Robert Mallardo and his wife Gail of Chelmsford and Joann Fierimonte and her husband Fulvio of Sudbury. Also survived by 10 loving grandchildren. Sister of the late Anthony Giannetti, Faye Cefalo, Virginia Guillo and Michelina Nappa.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
