Lucila Beatriz (Aguirre) Orlandella passed away on November 15, 2020. She was 67 years old. She was the eighth daughter of eleven children from the marriage of her parents, Waldo Aguirre and Etelvina Cardozo, now deceased.
Lucila was born in Chaco, Argentina and was a longtime resident of Medford.
Lucila was the beloved wife of the late Angelo R. Orlandella whom she met in Argentina and settled in Massachusetts in 2004. She was the loving mother of Carolina Beatriz Gauna, Silvia Susana Gauna, Marcos Alberto Gauna and Mara Iliana Gauna. Lucila was the dear sister of Mary Waldina Aguirre, Romildo Omar Aguirre, Stela Mary Aguirre, Raquel Etelvina Aguirre, Horacio Ricardo Aguirre, Roque Walter Aguirre and the late Ramona Beatriz Aguirre, Antonio Oscar Aguirre, Francisco Solano Aguirre and Juan Ramme de la Cruz Aguirre. Lucila was the loving step-mother of Vincenzo Orlandella and his wife Margaret, Angelo Orlandella, Rosa Orlandella, Toni Orlandella and the late Pasquale “Patsy” Orlandella.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial celebrating Lucila’s life at the Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant Street, Malden on Thursday, November 19th at 11:30 am. Please wear a mask when entering the church. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
