William “Billy” McKinley Simmons, 60, of Indianapolis, died November 12, 2020 at Community North Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born on November 8, 1960 in Anderson, the son of Horace and Helen (Ross) Simmons. He was a volunteer worker at the Hopewell Center and enjoyed listening to the radio, magazines and newspapers, wearing hats and drinking his Mountain Dew.
He is survived by his two brothers: Jerry (Tammie) Simmons and Henry (Kim) Simmons, and a brother-in law, Don Polly; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
William was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Ann, and a nephew, Jaxon.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 11 AM at Rozelle- Johnson Funeral Service. Burial will follow at East Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 10-11 AM at the funeral home. Please use West end entrance for services.
