Linda A. Norcross, formerly Sister Vera Isabell, Sisters of the Poor, 59 years of Brockton, died Saturday March 4, 2006 at the Brockton Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Brockton and raised in East Bridgewater a daughter of Claire (Crosier) Donovan of Wareham and the late David Norcross, I. She attended Sacred Heart School and graduated from Cardinal Spellman High School Class of 1964. After graduation she entered the Order of Sisters of the Poor. She was a talented artist who enjoyed painting.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her stepfather William Donovan of Wareham her brothers and sisters, David Norcross, II and Thomas Norcross both of Wareham, Pamela Newcomb of Plymouth, Alan Magnus of Mars ton Mills, Kathleen Norcross of Hyannis and Walita Crawford (formerly Sister Mary Claire, Sisters of the Poor) of Springfield.
