Elliott Fama, a lifelong resident of Wilmington passed away, November 4, 2020, at the Maine Medical Center in Portland Maine. He was 44 years of age. Elliott was the beloved husband of Laureen M. (Martin) Fama. Born in Winchester, Elliott was the son of Patricia (Constantine) Spurr and her husband Richard of Wilmington, and Thomas Fama and his wife Jane of Marlborough.
Elliott was raised and educated in Wilmington and was a 1995 graduate of the Shawsheen Valley Technical High School. For over ten years he was a proud member of the Piledrivers Union Local 56 of Boston. When not working, Elliott enjoyed being outdoors. He loved spending time in Maine riding ATV's, snowmobiling, listening to music and sitting by a campfire. He loved to be with family and friends having a goodtime. He will be greatly missed.
In addition to his wife and parents, Elliott is survived by his stepchildren, James T., Russell R., and Nathan A. Bielski. He was the brother of Marlena Spurr of Lowell. Son-in-law of Patricia and Charles Copley of Billerica, and further survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours at the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, Thursday, November 12th, from 4 to 7 p.m. A graveside service will be conducted on Friday, November 13th, at the Wildwood Cemetery, Wildwood Street, Wilmington, at 11 a.m. All attending must wear face coverings and adhere to social distancing protocols. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Elliott's memory to the Thomas & Edwina Devlin Scholarship Fund, 34 Pleasant St., Stoneham, MA 02180.
