Sean P. Conley, lifelong resident of Medford, passed away on Sunday, November 1st. He was 38. Born in Boston, and raised in Medford, he was the son of Daniel Conley and his wife Patty, and the late Pamela (Carney) Conley.
Sean loved spending time at his grandparents’ (Sissy and Bubba’s) summer home, in Wakefield, NH, located on Pine River Pond. He loved the water and enjoyed fishing, water skiing, boating and spending time on the beach. An avid sports fanatic he played hockey, lacrosse and baseball throughout his life. Music was a big part of Sean’s life. He loved listening to all genre of music, and attended local shows and concerts.
Sean was the devoted father of Seamus Conley. He was the dear brother of Rachel Schurko and her husband Neil, Aaron Conley and his wife Rachael, and Evan Conley. He was the loving uncle of Jake, Vaeda, Teddy, Wesley and Emma. He was the former husband of Katie (Mclain) Conley. Sean is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Sean’s family on Monday, November 9th from 4 to 6 PM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. On behalf of Sean’s family, memorial donations to be utilized for the benefit of Sean’s son Seamus may be given to Daniel Conley, who has been designated to receive such donations.
