Gleneva Dunn, 90, of Bellingham died Friday, May 1, 2020 at the Blaire House of Milford.
Born in Newport, Tennessee on October 26, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Lafayette Dunn and Daisy Dean (Malloy) Dunn Davis.
Miss Dunn was a resident of Bellingham for most of her life.
Before her retirement, she worked in some of the former area textile mills for many years.
She was the sister of the late Mary Kozak, James Dunn, Christine Salo and Mandy White and a longtime
friend to the late Millie Gariepy.
She is survived by her niece Robin Lanthier of Uxbridge, her great-niece Sarah Lanthier, her good friend
Joseph Mucci of Medway, friend and caretaker Dawn Gordon of Bellingham and many other cherished
friends and neighbors.
She was known as ‘Auntie’ to those who may not have been blood but became family. Auntie became part of
the family to many neighbors and friends who she often bragged that she’d known since we were ‘knee high to
a grasshopper’. She loved visits from the kids and pets. Her smile and positive outlook was contagious, she
enjoyed collecting knick-knacks, sharing baked goods and just spending time with neighbors and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend graveside services at St. Joseph Cemetery in Medway on Saturday, November 14 at 1 p.m.
Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber Street in Medway.
