Justin Leo Bloome, 38, of San Diego, CA, died at home on October 17, 2020 .
He was born on August 3, 1982 in Anderson, the son of William Leo and Lynn (Sapp) Bloome. He graduated from Daleville High School in 2000 and Ball State University in 2007. He was currently enrolled at American University in San Diego for graduate studies.
He moved to California about 8 years ago and was employed by the city of San Diego for the past 6 years in human resources. Justin was a world traveler, visiting all parts of the world and his friendly smile was loved by many. He enjoyed music, playing in the Daleville band during high school and was an avid Indianapolis Colts fan.
He is survived by his father, William Leo Bloome; sister, Daisy Lynn Bloome; cousins; Laura Walker Turvey, Jon Amos, Steven Koster, Shelley Koster Dodd, Brian Stoner and Brad Stoner.
He was preceded in death by his mother; Lynn (Sapp) Ryden.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Ned Clark officiating. Burial will follow at Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield. Visitation will take place 2 hours prior to the funeral at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service,
