Richard R. Murray, 85, of Kingston, NH passed away Sunday, October 4, 2020 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry with his beloved wife Alice and their children by his side. He was born in Revere, MA on November 25, 1934 a son of the late Elmer and Stella (McKomski) Murray. Richard was a proud Korean War veteran. He had his pilot’s license, drove trucks, and started his own Real Estate company. He was also a gifted dowser — a skill that was unfortunately not inherited by any of his children. His most cherished role, however, was being a loving, supportive family man who could always be counted on to lend a hand or a tool.
Richard is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Alice (Fowler) Murray, his three children, Deborah Murray, Donna Elotmani and her husband Fouad, and Linda Murray; his four grandchildren Rob Manix, Jennifer Manix and her fiancé Scott Greeley, Shelby Elotmani, and Ryan Murray, as well as three great-grandchildren, Damien and Collin Greeley, and Liam Murray.
A Celebration of Life will be held by Richard’s family on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 1:30-4:30 at the Kingston Vets Club, 36 Church Street, Kingston NH. Military Honors will be held privately.
