Rosemary “Rosie” Cosgrove of Jamaica Plain passed away peacefully on September 22, 2020. Rosie was 88 years old when she passed away. She is survived by her sister Patricia J. Cosgrove Blainey and her husband Robert Blainey as well as many nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved friend Xiomara “Carmelita” and family. She was an awesome person who lived a very happy life and would do anything for anyone. She was an avid skier, talented pianist/organist and she loved her pet Georgie. She graduated from Boston City School and obtained a Nursing degree from University of Massachusetts; she was a dedicated pediatric and geriatric nurse. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
